We have contracted with SCI on highly successful projects, which have helped us develop reliable directions for the company’s products and communications. I met Hanan when my company invited him to our offices to explain Computer Intuition. My manager and I were impressed with his explanations of the computerized language analysis system and his understanding of our needs, and we decided to give him a contract to analyze 700 pages of text.
With his system, within two weeks, we were able to boil this huge mass of information down to a reasonable list of customer wants and needs. That provided a basis for prioritizing product enhancements and going forward with product improvements. We had an independent consultant analyze the same text, and it took him three months and some additional call-back research to finish his analysis. The consultant’s report was ambiguous. The computer generated significantly more details as well as insights we didn’t see in the manual analysis, and highlighted those topics where people spoke with a higher level of commitment.
When you analyze the respondents’ answers manually you look for repeats, things that sound important either because you heard them before or you’re looking for them yourself; therefore, they make sense to you. Computer Intuition isn’t lulled into such traps.
Computer Intuition is free from those traits that usually taint manual analysis.
