The only comparative approaches available for qualitative data analysis are other computer-based technologies, mostly based on frequency counting, or manual analysis and synthesis. Computer Intuition is very unique in this regard. The results are very useful, the economics are reasonable, and the outcomes are reliable and consistent. The approach has broad application in competitive analysis, customer inputs, human resource/personnel feedback, and many other areas.
The advantages of using Computer Intuition are evident in four areas:
People Savings: “People time” is saved because the information is not analyzed manually.
Recovering Missed Opportunities: Because the computer evaluates 100% of the information, and because the computer is unbiased, we are able to “see” things humans might miss.
Turn-Around-Time: Quick response time, from gathering the information to transforming it into knowledge, is a big advantage of this approach.
Linkage: Qualitative evaluations can be linked to quantitative evaluations and results.
